Cancellation Policy

We have made some recent changes to our cancellation policy.

Life can be busy and unpredictable. Sometimes we try to plan perfectly, only for life to disrupt these plans and mix up our day! We totally get that – and we have experienced this ourselves.

With that being said, we want to be respectful of everyone’s time. When someone is a no-show for an appointment, it affects everyone involved from our patients, to our team.

We have updated our cancellation and no-show policy for our services including, Botox, fillers, PRP, IV Drip therapy, weightloss management services. Effective immediately, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

A $50 deposit will be taken at the time of booking for any of our services done by our Medical Director, or Nurse Practitioner. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your services. If you are a no-show, you will be charged a fee of $150. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a fee of $50.

If you cancel before 24 hours, your deposit will be returned to you. If you are feeling unwell the day of your appointment, please call us so that we can discuss an individual plan for you. For all other services performed by our expert aestheticians, we kindly ask that you respect their time and provide at least 24 hours notice for a change or cancellation.
